What are the benefits of a presentation design retainer?

In 2020, we launched a retainer program and it was a hit!

With a presentation design retainer, customers enjoy discounted rates and priority scheduling. A portion of any unused hours at the end of each month will rollover and be added onto next month’s retainer. Going into 2021, we are offering 75% rollover of those unused hours for retainers signed by December 15th.

Does the retainer only cover presentation design services?

Retainer hours cover all of our services:

• Content simplification & editing
• Content design
• Template design & development
• Event branding design
• Marketing collateral design
• ADA compliance auditing & correction
• Rush edits & support

Depending on the retainer size, we can also discuss working in workshops and training.

What if I’m not ready to commit yet?

Our retainers are available in 3-, 6- & 12- month increments. We open retainers on a rolling basis throughout the year, so if you have a big event or marketing push coming up, consider opening a retainer for that time span.

Our retainers normally come with 50% rollover, plus the discounted retainer rates and prioritized scheduling. All retainer plans are fully customizable to meet your specific needs.
